"Fear the Tzeddu, or the Troll, for the vile man-eaters that they are. They partake in gross diplomacy, extracting pay from the meek in exchange for a promise of 'Safety' from their endless hunger."

-Istraddo De Catzara Bellus, Hunter-Lord of Catzara

Trolls, known by many local names across the world are a fairly cosmopolitan species of abhuman, well known for being diplomatically inclined unlike other beasts which dwell within the Frontiers between states. Trolls are well known for their unique style of strong willed, militant diplomacy which inspired the Ascadian philosophical ideal of "Via Delle Bestie" originally pioneered by the scholar of Diplomatic and Military Philosophy, Lifonso Gheru, who worked out the University of Corbaglia.

"We see among the beasts, the Tzeddu most of all, a style of diplomacy characterized by intimidation and morality. A waging of war using not with direct conflict, but the threat of such conflict imminently lingering overhead. The Tzeddu positions himself as a beast who is incapable of being disarmed for his sheer size alone can settle grudges better than any human blade, and politics is done accordingly. Any Tzeddu is a threat himself, and unknown to his non-Tzeddu peers are how many of his like-bodied peers are hidden within those dark forests he emerged from, quill in hand. We as men should aspire to politick as they do, to ensure diplomacy is done on our terms and in recognition of our martial skill."
